Dean Sabri is Head of UK Political Intelligence in London, focusing on health and social care policy. Before joining Dods, he worked for an NHS Trust and as a Senior Researcher in parliament focusing on health issues such as the screening age for bowel cancer. Dean also has experience in public sector procurement, having worked as a public sector analyst specialising in the health and social care sector.

Dr Joshua Wells

Principal Consultant for Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs

Dr Joshua Wells is a Principal Political Consultant for environment, agriculture, and rural affairs. Before Dods, Josh worked for a green PR agency and carried out postdoctoral research at the University of Exeter. Joshua was a Leverhulme Climate Justice Scholar and completed a PhD in politics at the University of Reading.

Senior Political Consultant for Housing, Communities Local Government and Faith

Fionnuala Quinn is a Team Leader and the Political Consultant for local government, housing, and levelling up. Before joining Dods, she worked in a social housing organisation and focussed on service improvement engaging with multiple areas of housing policy. Fionnuala holds a first-class BA Hons in history from Newcastle University.

Political Consultant for Energy, Utilities and Net Zero

Jack Green-Morgan is a Team Leader and the Political Consultant for Energy, Utilities and Net Zero. He previously worked in the Civil Service as a policy advisor, with a focus on international climate policy. He has also worked in community development and community energy.

Jack Williamson

Political Consultant for Transport and Infrastructure

Jack Williamson is a Team Leader and Senior Political Consultant for Transport and Infrastructure. Prior to Dods, he worked with the policy team at the Institute of Directors. Jack holds a BA in Politics and an MA in Journalism, from the University of Sheffield. He wrote his undergraduate dissertation on regional inequality in government spending, focusing on transport and digital infrastructure investment.

Alyson Kierans

Political Consultant for Defence, Foreign Affairs, and International Trade and Development

Alyson Kierans is the Political Consultant for Defence, Foreign Affairs, and International Trade and Development. Prior to joining Dods, she worked for a Member of Parliament in Westminster. Alyson is also a Hertog War Studies Fellow at the Institute for the Study of War. She holds a first-class MA Hons degree from the University of St Andrews in International Relations and an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Beatrice Travis

Political Consultant for Children, Education, and Skills

Beatrice Travis is the Political Consultant for Children, Education and Skills. Before joining Dods, she led political advocacy at a human rights non-profit focusing on children and young people. She also has an extensive background in philanthropy, having volunteered in education initiatives for disadvantaged children worldwide, rebuilding homes for disaster-affected communities, and actively promoting gender equality in the workplace through her work in the women’s health sector.

Ben Pegrum

Political Intelligence Analyst

Ben studied Politics and International Relations BSc at the University of Exeter. The third year of this degree was spent at Utrecht University, where he took classes in a variety of fields, ranging from history to psychology. Following his undergraduate studies, he specialised in a master’s titled China and Globalisation MSc at King’s College London, achieving a distinction.

Freya Marratt

UK Reference Data Editor

Freya Marratt is the UK Reference Data Editor for the civil service and devolved governments. She is the creator and co-author of the Devolved Digest. Before joining Dods, she volunteered internationally for humanitarian causes with charities and NGOs. She also worked for a year in executive search after graduating from Cardiff University with a degree in Politics and International Relations.

Jamie Selig

Political Consultant for the Economy and Financial Services

Jamie Selig is the Political Consultant for the Economy and Financial Services. Before joining Dods, Jamie was a Data and Technology Analyst at JBR Capital. He holds an MA in Contemporary History from the University of Birmingham, having also undertaken his BA in History and Political Science there. Jamie has previously interned for HM Government of Gibraltar, in various roles.

Reference Data Manager

Joshua Martin is the manager of the reference data team, who are responsible for administrating all of the information on Dods People. He was previously a Senior Political Analyst on the content team at Dods, was editor of the Dods Polling Report for two years, and has also written articles on UK public opinion and elections for PoliticsHome.

Kaitlyn Majkoski is the Political Consultant for Science, Innovation and Technology, Culture Media and Sport, Employment, Retail and Gambling. Before joining Dods, she worked in business development at think tanks. She holds an MSc in International Relations at the London School of Economics and received her undergraduate degree in Politics & Web Design from the University of Southern California.

Liz Newton

Senior UK Reference Data Editor

Liz Newton is the Senior UK Reference Data Editor – responsible for researching and updating Westminster data, including MP and Peer biographies and contact details, ministerial offices and opposition spokespeople, committee and APPG membership and election results. She is also the Editor of Dods Parliamentary Companion, Vacher’s Quarterly and the weekly newsletter People Moves.​ She joined Dods in 2008 originally working on updating EU data.

Lucy McCulloch

Political Intelligence Analyst

Lucy holds a BA (hons) in History and Modern Languages from the University of Cambridge where she focused on contemporary South Asian history and Latin American arts and culture. In her third year she lived in Tarragona, Spain teaching English in a secondary school through a placement with the British Council. Prior to joining Dods she interned briefly with her constituency MP in Westminster.

Mia Terra St. Hill is the Political Consultant for Home Affairs, Justice, and Equalities and Social Mobility lead. Prior to joining Dods, she worked at an award-winning social mobility charity establishing their alumni network. Mia Terra is a Politics and International Relations graduate from the University of Exeter. Outside of work, she is a governor for a sixth-form college and a youth advisory board member for a cross-party think tank.

Nathaneal Amos-Sansam

Content Team Manager

Nathaneal Amos-Sansam is manager of the Dods content team which leads on Dods diaries, agendas and bulletins, and distributes third-party content on our platform. Before Dods, he worked Parliament and in communications for number of third sector and monitoring organisations. He also previously worked a TV Producer working on news and current affairs.
