Dean also has experience in public sector procurement, having worked as a public sector analyst specialising in the health and social care sector.

Dr Joshua Wells is Head of Dods Research, and Deputy Head of UK Political Intelligence. In addition to focusing on Dods Research he covers environment, agriculture, and rural affairs. Before Dods, Josh worked for a green PR agency and carried out postdoctoral research at the University of Exeter. Joshua was a Leverhulme Climate Justice Scholar and completed a PhD in politics at the University of Reading.
