Dean Sabri

Head of UK Political Intelligence

Dean Sabri is Head of UK Political Intelligence, focusing on health and social care policy and providing political insight to a range of sector bodies, charities, and healthcare providers. Before joining Dods, he worked for an NHS Trust and as a Senior Researcher in parliament focusing on health issues such as the screening age for bowel cancer. Dean also has experience in public sector procurement, having worked as a public sector analyst specialising in the health and social care sector.

Igor Kostadinovski

Head of EU Political Intelligence

Igor Kostadinovski is the Head of EU Political Intelligence in Brussels. Since joining Dods in 2017, he has managed the financial services portfolio, but as of April 2024, he is responsible for Trade. Prior to joining Dods, he completed a Blue Book traineeship at the European Commission’s DG GROW as part of the Circular Economy team. He has also gained work experience in Germany and Serbia. Igor holds a law degree from the University of Novi Sad in Serbia and a master’s degree in European and International Law, specializing in Foreign Trade and Investment, from the Europa-Institut of the Saarland University. In addition to his native Serbian, he speaks English and German, has a basic proficiency in Hungarian and Spanish, and is currently learning Italian. Outside of work, he plays basketball for a local team in Brussels.

Jamie Selig

Political Consultant for the Economy and Financial Services

Jamie Selig is the Political Consultant for the Economy and Financial Services. Before joining Dods, Jamie was a Data and Technology Analyst at JBR Capital. He holds an MA in Contemporary History from the University of Birmingham, having also undertaken his BA in History and Political Science there. Jamie has previously interned for HM Government of Gibraltar, in various roles.

Alyson Kierans

Political Consultant for Defence, Foreign Affairs and International Development

Alyson Kierans is the Political Consultant for Defence, Foreign Affairs and International Development. Prior to joining Dods, she worked for a Member of Parliament in Westminster. Alyson is also a Hertog War Studies Fellow at the Institute for the Study of War. Alyson holds a first-class MA Hons degree from the University of St Andrews in International Relations and an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Jenni Kortelainen

EU Team Leader & Principal Consultant

Jenni Kortelainen is a team leader and a principal consultant in the EU Monitoring team. She is responsible for the financial services and corporate governance portfolio. Prior to rejoining Dods in 2024, Jenni worked at internationally renowned Brussels consultancies advising clients on EU and global health and pharmaceutical policy and public affairs. She holds a BA in Politics from SOAS, University of London and an MA in European Studies from KU Leuven.

Dr Joshua Wells

Principal Consultant for Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs

Dr Joshua Wells is a Principal Political Consultant for environment, agriculture, and rural affairs. Before Dods, Josh worked for a green PR agency and carried out postdoctoral research at the University of Exeter. Joshua was a Leverhulme Climate Justice Scholar and completed a PhD in politics at the University of Reading.

Fionnuala Quinn

Political Consultant – Local Government, Housing, and Levelling up

Fionnuala Quinn is the Political Consultant for local government, housing, and levelling up. Before joining Dods, she worked in a social housing organisation and focussed on service improvement where she engaged with multiple areas of housing policy, including work on fire safety and homelessness. Fionnuala holds a first-class BA Hons in history from Newcastle University.

Mia Terra St. Hill

Political Consultant for Home Affairs, Justice, and Equalities

Mia Terra St. Hill is the Political Consultant for Home Affairs, Justice, and Equalities and Social Mobility lead. Prior to joining Dods, she worked at an award-winning social mobility charity establishing their alumni network. Mia Terra is a Politics and International Relations graduate from the University of Exeter. Outside of work, she is a governor for a sixth-form college and a youth advisory board member for a cross-party think tank.

Daniella Bennett Remington

Political Consultant – Digital, Culture, Media and Sport

Daniella Bennett Remington is the Political Consultant for Digital, Culture, Media, and Sport. Before assuming this role, she worked on the Content Team, who are responsible for publishing all the parliamentary and stakeholder content to the Dods platform alongside creating the weekly diaries and newsletters. Daniella holds an MPhil in Modern European History from the University of Cambridge and read History at the University of Bristol.

Nathaneal Amos-Sansam

Content Team Manager

Nathaneal Amos-Sansam is manager of the Dods content team which leads on Dods diaries, agendas and bulletins, and distributes third-party content on our platform. Before Dods, he worked Parliament and in communications for number of third sector and monitoring organisations. He also previously worked a TV Producer working on news and current affairs.

Jack Williamson

Senior Political Consultant for Transport and Infrastructure

Jack Williamson is a Team Leader and Senior Political Consultant for Transport and Infrastructure. Prior to Dods he worked with the policy team at the Institute of Directors. Jack holds a BA in Politics and an MA in Journalism, from the University of Sheffield. He wrote his undergraduate dissertation on regional inequality in government spending, focusing on transport and digital infrastructure investment.

Julia Brandkamp

German Political Consultant

Julia Brandkamp is the German Political Consultant for Energy in the Dods German monitoring service. Before joining Dods she worked as Working Student and Project Manager at SUB Erste Lesung GmbH for five years next to her studies. Julia holds a Masters degree with distinction in International Peace and Security from King’s College London and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Groningen. She is fluent in German and English, learning French.

Jack Green-Morgan is the Political Consultant for Energy, Utilities and Net Zero. He previously worked in the Civil Service as a policy advisor, with a focus on international climate policy. He has also worked in community development and community energy.

Beatrice Travis

Political Consultant – Children, Education, and Skills

Beatrice Travis is the Political Consultant for Children, Education and Skills. Before joining Dods, she worked for a human rights non-profit where she led political advocacy efforts to address global human rights violations, with a particular focus on children and young people. In addition to her professional experience, Beatrice has an extensive background in philanthropy, having volunteered in education initiatives for disadvantaged children worldwide, rebuilding homes for disaster-affected communities, and actively promoting gender equality in the workplace through her work in the women’s health sector. She holds a joint MA (Hons) in International Relations and Psychology from the University of St Andrews.

Joshua Opeaye is the Political Consultant for Health, Life Sciences and Trade. He previously studied Politics and International Relations at the University of Kent and worked in a political content role before joining Dods.

EU Political Consultant

Marion Le Nabec is the EU Consultant for Environment and Sustainability. Before joining Dods, she completed an internship in institutional relations at the Council of the European Union. She studied international relations and European affairs in Montréal, Paris and Brussels. She speaks French, English and is learning Dutch.

Tarik Oran

Team Leader – German Monitoring

Tarik Oran is the Team Leader of the German Monitoring Team. As a Political Consultant he’s covering transport policies and labor and social affairs. Before Dods, he worked at the Federal Agency for Civic Education in Germany. Tarik holds a MA in Political Science from the University of Antwerp, Belgium and a BA in Social Sciences from the University of Cologne, Germany.

Matej Banovec

Political Consultant

Matej Banovec is the Political Consultant for energy, climate and industry at EU Political Intelligence in Brussels. He has a BA in European Studies and MA in European Public Affairs from Maastricht University and completed traineeships at the Slovenian Permanent Representation to the EU, CONCORD Europe and the European Commission. Before joining Dods Matej worked at EUCC-D, a German NGO working on coastal and marine affairs. He speaks Slovenian, English, German, Spanish, and Serbian/Croatian. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling by train, cooking and baking, and reading up on social topics and languages.

Monica Gamba

EU Team Leader & Principal Consultant

Monica Gamba is a Team leader and a Principal consultant in the EU Monitoring team. She is responsible for the agri-food, fisheries and animal welfare portfolio. Before joining Dods, she completed traineeships at the International Polar Foundation, which manages the Belgian Princess Elisabeth Station in Antarctica, and at UArctic Institute in the North of Finland. She then completed a traineeship at the Council of the EU in DG LIFE, Agriculture Fisheries, Social Affairs and Health. Monica holds a BA from Padua University and a MA from Aalborg University, Denmark.

Eleonora Bottin

Political Consultant

Eleonora Bottin is the Political Consultant for digital at EU Political Intelligence in Brussels, covering a range of policy areas including artificial intelligence, data protection, cybersecurity, digital services and markets, and emerging technologies. She holds an undergraduate degree in International and Diplomatic Affairs from the University of Bologna and a master’s in European Studies from the University LUISS Guido Carli. She has completed internships at the European Commission in Luxembourg, Italian Embassy in Canada, and US Embassy in Italy. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys live music and exploring flea markets.

Katarzyna Karpinska

Team Leader & Senior Health Consultant

Katarzyna Karpinska is the Team Leader and Senior Health Consultant at EU Political Intelligence in Brussels, covering policy developments in the field of public health, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. She combined her legal background with an experience in non-governmental sector and European insitutions, before joining Dods in 2021. In her free time, she likes to travel, hike, swim, and practice yoga.

Sascha Brose

EU Political Consultant

Sascha Brose is the Political Consultant for employment, social affairs and the single market at EU Political Intelligence in Brussels. He has a master’s degree in European Studies from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Erfurt, Germany. Before joining Dods in 2018 he worked at the sustainability NGO Transport & Environment and at the European Cyclists’ Federation in Brussels. At the EU Committee of the Regions, he gained his first experience with European institutions and legislative procedures. Besides his native German, he speaks fluent English and has good knowledge of Dutch as well as Swedish.

Milja Liinanotko

EU Political Consultant

Milja Liinanotko is the Political Consultant for transport, tourism and space at EU Political Intelligence in Brussels. She holds a master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Turku, Finland, with a specialisation in international relations, and minors in environmental science and international law. Before joining Dods, Milja worked as a parliamentary assistant to a Member of the European Parliament and completed her traineeship at the Turku-Southwest Finland European Office. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and participating in a variety of sports, from swimming to skiing.

Duarte Saldanha

EU Political Consultant

Duarte Saldanha is the Political Consultant for general affairs at EU Political Intelligence in Brussels. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and international relations from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and a master’s in International and European Law from Universidade NOVA de Lisboa. Before joining Dods in September 2023, Duarte concluded internships with the Portuguese Ministry for Foreign Affairs, and the European Commission Representation in his native Portugal. Duarte speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish, and German. In his free time he likes to read, to travel, and write songs.

Eleanor (Nora) Doorley

EU Team Leader & Senior Consultant

Eleanor (Nora) Doorley is a Team Leader and Senior Consultant covering the foreign affairs, defence and development portfolio in the EU Monitoring team. Before joining Dods in 2021, she worked at Friends of Europe, POLIS Network, the European Liberal Forum and the EU Commission’s Europe Direct Contact Centre, and was a member of the Women in International Security (WIIS) Brussels steering committee from 2020-2022. She holds a BA in English from Trinity College Dublin. Outside of work, Nora enjoys reading, running, and playing piano. She is an avid cinema & theatre-goer.

Vera Bibas

German Political Consultant

Vera Bibas is the Political Consultant for health and environment in the Dods German monitoring service. Before joining Dods, she completed her master’s in Human Rights Studies at Lund University and worked at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law and Nadia’s Initiative. She is fluent in German and English and learning Swedish.

Vincent Tournebize

Head of Dods French Monitoring Service

Vincent Tournebize heads Dods’ French monitoring service and is a senior policy advisor specialising in healthcare. With a double degree in Law and Political Science and a master’s in international relations, he brings a solid academic foundation to his role. Prior to joining Dods, Vincent managed the geopolitical blog Geolinks and edited a comprehensive geopolitical dictionary. Fluent in French and English, he combines his expertise with a global perspective. Outside of work, Vincent enjoys reading alternate history literature and is a passionate supporter of his hometown football club, Olympique Lyonnais.

Oona Bienvenu

French Political Consultant

Oona Bienvenu is the Senior Political Consultant for energy, environment, transport, agriculture, food and culture at Dods French monitoring service. She holds a Joint Master’s Degree in Multilevel Governance from Sciences Po Rennes and Aston University, along with a Research Master’s Degree in History.

Oona began her career at the International Relations Department of the Mémorial de la Shoah in Paris and later worked as a Research Consultant, evaluating public policies for Tetra Tech International Development and the World Future Council in the areas of environment, transport, and agriculture.

Fluent in French and English, Oona enjoys reading about sociology and contemporary history, as well as hiking in Brittany.
